Mail Features

ThinkLink Mail is an entirely new way of thinking about electronic communications. The openness of the traditional e-mail system has left companies and individuals vulnerable to enormous quantities of spam, phishing scams, spyware, and viruses, not to mention the side-effects of those consequences, such as over-aggressive mail filters, firewalls, security rules, and slow anti-virus software.

ThinkLink Mail instead makes use of the verified ThinkLink network to route messages between people who have authenticated electronic identities. This means that there is no spam, no need for filters, and a far lower risk of spyware or a virus infecting your computer.

There are a number of new, innovative features built into ThinkLink Mail. Here are just a few:

  • SuperTags. Forget folders. You can tag your messages with as many topics as you like.
  • SuperMessages. For messages of prime importance, send a SuperMessage. Learn when and where the message was read (top to bottom), include corporate letterhead, and ensure that the message appears at the top of each recipient's inbox until it is acknowleged.
  • Message Intelligence. Personal letters and package tracking notices aren't very similar. ThinkLink knows the difference.

  • Attachments Done Right. Why attach, when you can link? ThinkLink Mail lets you easily link to files and sites anywhere.
  • Standardized Signatures. It's easy to find the contact information you need with standardized signatures on ThinkLink.
  • FaceMail. If the sender of a message doesn't have a face, it's more than likely that the sender isn't a real person. ThinkLink Mail ensures that you only receive messages sent by real people, and makes it easier to identify them.
